Cylinders Series BMA-40 TU 2296-022-03455343-06

In 2007, successfully completed the development of metal-cylinder pressure BMA-50-40. The container manufactured according to TU 2296-022-03455343-06, has permission to use FS for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision 00-27403 of 06.12.2007 PPC, and the certificate of conformity RU.AYA04.A16749 from 13.11.07 year. Cylinder Series BMA-40 is designed for transportation and storage of compressed ultrapure gases, as well as for storage of compressed air and nitrogen for use in consumer units pnevmopitaniya with a maximum working pressure of 40 MPa. The design of cylinders composed of liner, preformed closing of waste in the "RPA" SEARCH "technology of aluminum tube with a diameter of 220 mm and wall thickness of 15 mm. Power shell cylinder BMA 50-40 molded fiberglass, which is used as a filler stekloroving RVMPN -10-1200 - the most durable domestic fibrous steklomaterial. Figure 1 shos a balloon BMA-50-40.

Carrying capacity liner was determined by its fracture pressure of 480 kgf/cm2 (Fig.3 classic demolition of the cylindrical shell liner) that fit in a design calculation of cylinder and liner.

The container may be constructed with a capacity of 10 to 100 liters. The main parameters of cylinders with a capacity of 50 l are listed in Table. 1.
