 In March 2002, NPO "POISK" began to develop a midget aluminum cylinders with a capacity of 4 liters with operating pressure up to 9,8 MPa (100kgf/ sq.cm.) intended for the transportation and storage of compressed gas (calibration mixture): H2S - Nitrogen (5 ppm - 90%) H2S - nitrogen (5 ppm - 100% or more) NO2 - nitrogen (5 ppm - 1% - 5%) NO - nitrogen (1 ppm - 50 ppm SO2 - nitrogen (1 ppm - 50 ppm) NH3 - nitrogen (5 ppm - 5%) CO - Nitrogen (0,5 ppm - 500 ppm) HCI - nitrogen (1 ppm - 1%), methyl mercaptan, ethyl mercaptan - Nitrogen (Argon). 10 ppm - 500 ppm C2H2 - nitrogen (1 ppm - 20%) CI2 - nitrogen (10 ppm - 1%) for the exploitation of TK should be undertaken by external influences, the relevant conditions of temperate and cold climates (UHL execution, category 4 of GOST 15150-88), and in terms of storage and transportation - 1 (A). The customer of the product was  LLC "Monitoring".

 In 2003. 1. Development of small-displacement aluminum cylinders with a capacity of 10 liters with a operationg pressure of 9,8 MPa (100kgf/ sq.cm.), for transportation and storage of compressed gases.  Experimental design work carried out in a short time, given the opportunity in July made the first experimental cylinders batch of TC 1411-016-03455343-2002.  

 

 2. Development of aluminum cylinders with a capacity of 40 liters with a operating pressure of 13.7 MPa (140kgf/ sq.cm.), for transportation and storage of compressed gases.

 2005 - Development and launch mass production of aluminum cylinders - samplers 2n, 4n, 10l with a operating pressure -9.8 MPa.

2006 - Development of two types of aluminum cylinders with a capacity of 1 liter with an operating pressure of 9.8 MPa (100kgs/sm2), first type - for transportation and storage of compressed gases, second type - sampler.

 Series cylinders designed and launched into production in the period from 1999-2006 presented in the following table:
